  • New payment options for collection claims
  • Digital platform in four languages for debtor requests from all over Switzerland
  • Payment via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard (others to follow)
With the EOS Service Portal, EOS Switzerland offers debtors a new platform for paying debt collection claims. Outstanding invoices - the full amount or a portion of your choice - can be paid easily, quickly and securely directly in the portal.

Pay online in three simple steps

The EOS service portal is an important milestone in the ongoing digitalization of payment processes. It enables simple, recurring requests to be directed into digital channels. There is a QR code on the payment letters as well as the reference number of the dossier. Scanning the QR code takes you directly to the service portal. Paying a bill directly in the self-service portal is done as simply as this:

  1. After entering the dossier reference number, the payment screen is displayed.
  2. select the amount or partial amount you wish to pay and the desired payment provider (e.g. Mastercard)
  3. the transferred amount is credited to the claim.
Andreas Hasler, Managing Director of EOS Switzerland, sees important advantages in the EOS service portal: "This new self-service option for standard processes reduces the administrative work involved in payment for all parties involved. Our employees thus have more time available for individual advice and support for more complex cases. That is time well spent."

This allows us to use our extensive expertise to concentrate more on those debtor relationships that require our more intensive support.

Safe and secure

Data protection and data security were important conditions in the development of the EOS Service Portal. Anyone calling up a claim via the EOS reference number can only see the current list of claims and payment history. Further case, personal or creditor information cannot be viewed in this 'digital payment counter'.

Debtors can also use the secure environment of the service portal for standard functions such as ordering an account statement, requests for installment payments, ordering copies of invoices, etc. in the EOS service portal.

Further self-service functions are in preparation and will be added to the service portal at a later date.

Further payment providers to follow

The payment providers PayPal, VISA and Mastercard are already included in the launch of the EOS Service Portal. Negotiations are underway with other providers. The aim is to work with the most widely used payment providers in Switzerland on the EOS service portal. Nobody should be unable to pay an invoice because "his/her" payment method is not available.

Multilingual, of course

Speaking of Swissness: the EOS service portal is of course available in four languages. The processes as well as the most frequently asked questions and answers are available in German, French, Italian and English. For individual information in other common languages in Switzerland, personal contact is still available with the local EOS teams in Kloten, Lausanne and Bellinzona, which can provide expert information and negotiate in more than ten languages.
