ISO-certified information security management
ISO/IEC 27001 is the world's best-known standard for information security management systems (ISMS). It promotes a holistic approach to information security: reviewing people, policies and technology.
The ISMS at EOS Switzerland is ISO/IEC 27001 certified. We use the information security management system as a tool for risk management, cyber resilience and operational excellence. The continuous review and improvement of processes in accordance with internationally proven procedures and principles helps us to proactively identify and eliminate risks.
In December 2023, the EOS Group received an excellent ESG risk rating from the renowned rating agency Morningstar Sustainalytics. We were given a score of 10.2 (low risk), putting us in the top two percent in our Consumer Finance sector.

The Code of Conduct of the national association of debt collection, Inkasso Suisse, contains clear and binding professional requirements for all members, which are sanctioned by the Ombudsman's Office in the event of non-compliance. With the Code of Conduct, Inkasso Suisse safeguards the interests of creditors and at the same time protects consumers from abuse and holds members accountable.
EOS has compliance with the Code of Conducts verified on a voluntary basis by an independent certification body in all its subsidiaries throughout Switzerland. EOS Switzerland has successfully passed this verification. Swiss Safety Center Ltd certifies that EOS fully complies with the requirements of the Code of Conduct of the National Association of Collection Suisse.
Swiss Debt Collection Association. The companies within the association are responsible for the collection of debt worth more than 10 billion Swiss francs. The association aims to promote a supportive business environment and optimum economic conditions.
