CEO Andreas Hasler has been at the helm of EOS Switzerland since 1 July 2022. Now he looks back on the fiscal year 2022/23 and the first eight months under his leadership. What are his highlights? And where does he see opportunities for the further growth of EOS in Switzerland?
The financial year of EOS Switzerland 2022/2023 has ended on 28/02/2023. How satisfied are you with the results?
We are very pleased with the way the business has developed. The good overall results are based on two key factors which have had a direct influence on our success. First there is the authentic and consistent everyday work by all of our team both here in Kloten and in our operative branch offices in Lausanne and Bellinzona. I’d like to thank all of our staff, some of whom have been with us for very many years! The second key factor is the continued trust of our customers, who have submitted more cases for our authentic, individual receivables management services over the last financial year.
Which results from the 2022/2023 financial year are you most proud of?
A result of this kind is the sum of lots of little individual successes and the ability of the team to adapt to constant changes in the market. We are most proud of the excellent customer feedback we receive mirroring our services on a daily basis. This constant, direct exchange also gives us valuable input for the further development of our AI- and RPA-based processes and strategies. All in line with our claim of “Changing finances for the better”!
What is the motto for the ongoing 2023/2024 financial year that started on 01/03 2023?
“Swissness” is and remains our greatest asset, also in the new financial year. With the investments into new offices in our locations in Kloten and Bellinzona, we have set a clear marker on reliability, regional establishment and long-standing local presence. You can count on us, with our traditionally high quality of service and our strong branches in the three major language regions in Switzerland.

Where do you see the best opportunities for EOS Switzerland in the future?
We will continue to play on our local agility! As a Swiss SME, we are close to the action, and our international backing means we are strong on capital and innovation. Opportunities arise from socio-economic trends and changes. We are pleased to be able to share insights into the “next big things” with our customers and partners next September at the “EOS Forum 23”: Leading future researchers and trend experts will discuss upcoming changes and trends in all areas of the economy and society.
