Der gute Ruf und Forderungsmanagement: Wie geht das zusammen?
Die Pflege des guten Rufes, das war Thema am EOS Forum 22 am 3. November in Zürich. Die Moderatorin Nina Havel führte souverän durch den Fach- und Networkinganlass für Praktiker im Forderungsmanagement.
Im Interview mit Nina Havel stellte Andreas Hasler, neuer CEO von EOS Schweiz AG, sich selbst und einige Schwerpunkte von EOS vor. Fairplay, Teamwork und – natürlich – Digitalisierung sind Stichworte dazu.
Die Kommunikationsexpertin Sabrina Huber sprach in der Key Note über Risiken, Chancen, Strategien und Erfolgsfaktoren für die erfolgreiche Pflege des guten Rufes. Sie zeigte auf, dass 90% einer Marke aus immateriellem Wert besteht. Anhand der drei Dimensionen der Reputation machte Huber klar, dass Reputation immer ein Gemeinschaftswerk ist und plädierte dafür, in einem Unternehmen den «Reputationshut» allen Mitarbeitenden aufzusetzen. Jeder und jede einzelne sei mitverantwortlich dafür, wie das Unternehmen von aussen wahrgenommen werde. Deshalb: Rock your Reputation – bevor es andere für dich tun.
Mind over Matter – wie werde ich widerstandsfähig
Die Ultratrail-Läuferin Kim-Dania Schierhorn berichtete mit eindrücklichen Bildern und persönlichen Erfahrungen, wie man widrige Umstände und unbekanntes Terrain erfolgreich meistern kann: Mit klaren (Teil-)Zielen, unterstützenden Personen, mit denen man sich austauschen und in schwierigen Zeiten neue positive Impulse finden kann, der Bereitschaft, rechtzeitig auf Hilfe von aussen zurückzugreifen. Und nicht zuletzt natürlich der Ehrgeiz, Angefangenes zu Ende zu bringen, auch wenn es zwischendurch unmöglich scheint und man mit den Kräften am Ende zu sein glaubt. Schierhorn plädierte dafür, Kinder und junge Menschen nicht «überzubehüten», sondern schon von klein auf Resilienz gegenüber Schwierigkeiten aufbauen zu lassen. Eindrücklich auch die Warnung, dass die Gefahr, sich zu verlaufen, kurz vor dem Ziel mit am grössten ist - wenn fast alle Hürden überwunden sind, jedoch die Erschöpfung am grössten ist.
Stakeholder, Resilienz und Rezensionen
Das Podiumsgespräch, moderiert von Nina Havel,führte zu einer angeregten Diskussion mit Inputs auch aus dem Publikum zu den Themen,
ob und welche Stakeholder eines Unternehmens hinsichtlich gutem Ruf wichtiger sind als andere,
ob es für eine Forderungsmanagement-Dienstleisterin per se überhaupt möglich ist, gute Google Rezensionen zu erhalten
mit welchen konkreten Massnahmen man die Resilienz der Mitarbeitenden stärken kann, die im Kundendienst-Alltag persönlichen Beleidigungen von Schuldnerkunden ausgesetzt sind
