Inkassobranche versus Bundesbern?

Das EOS Forum 16 machte die Interessensvertretung der Inkasso-Branche in Bundesbern zum Thema. In der Key Note gab Patrik Charles Kneubühl, Berner Lobbyist im Auftrag des Verbandes Schweizer Inkasso-Treuhandinstitute, Einblick in seine Tätigkeit und in die Vorgänge rund um inkassorelevante Gesetzgebungen in der nationalen Politik.

Für Diskussionsstoff sorgte unter anderem das Thema Verzugsschaden. Wie kann der durch die Zahlungsstörung entstandene Schaden überhaupt stichhaltig beziffern werden? Und wie handhaben die involvierten Parteien den Verzugsschaden?

Eindrücklich die vom Berner Lobbyisten Charles Kneubühl aufgezeigten 11 Milliarden an finanziellen Schäden, die den Unternehmen in der Schweiz jährlich aufgrund von Zahlungsverzögerungen oder –ausfällen und den Aufwänden zur Eintreibung dieser Einnahmen entstehen. 

Daniel Bucklar, Leiter der juristischen Fachstelle der EOS Schweiz, gab Einblick über die Anwendung des Verzugsschadens in der Inkassopraxis.
