EOS Switzerland merges with Alphapay

EOS Switzerland AG merged with Alphapay AG on 24 June 2016. The claims management company with headquarters in Kloten now has around 130 employees at four sites in Switzerland.

The EOS Group acquired Alphapay one year ago from the Swisscom Group. In recent months, while the two companies were legally independent, they were run by a joint management. The merger was legally finalised on 24 June 2016 and recorded in the commercial register. With this, EOS Switzerland is reinforcing its position as the leading provider of claims management services in Switzerland.

The merged company EOS Switzerland AG is headquartered in Kloten. Alphapay's company headquarters in Zurich have closed, and all employees within the greater Zurich area have been brought together at the EOS site in Kloten. Michael Joho and Alex Schneider remain responsible for overseeing the management. There have also not been any changes for the sites in Fribourg, Geneva and Bellinzona. This is designed to maximise continuity for employees ¬and clients of the two collection companies.
